What we're shipping first (and why)

Most platforms add features based on what competitors do.
We took a different approach. After 15 years of running Creative South and feeling every pain point ourselves, we talked to organizer after organizer and asked one question: "What actually matters for your event?"
This isn't a comprehensive feature list, rather this is the foundation we're building on. Our focus is on doing 10 things right, not 100 things just ok.
Here's what we built first, organized by what organizers told us keeps them up at night.
Getting Paid
Cash flow isn't sexy, but it's existential. Every organizer we talked to had a story about scrambling to cover deposits while waiting for ticket revenue. We decided to fix this first.
Instant Payouts
Funds transfer to your account on your terms. You set the payout structure in your Stripe account, and the money is ready when you want it. Better cash flow management means you can focus on planning instead of worrying.
Transparent Platform Fees
Flat 2.5% fee on paid ticket sales, and no fees on free tickets. Period. Plus Stripe's processing fees (2.9% + $0.30).
No Monthly Fees
Pay only when you sell tickets. No ongoing costs for seasonal organizers. Our success is directly tied to yours. Risk-free to try.
Revenue Dashboard
Real-time view of ticket sales, revenue, and fees. Know exactly where you stand, any time.
Selling Tickets
Your ticket page is your storefront. If buying a ticket is confusing or slow, you lose sales. We obsessed over this.
Customizable Ticket Types
Create unlimited ticket tiers: General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, Student, whatever makes sense for your event. Flexible pricing strategies help you reward early supporters and segment your audience.
Discount Codes & Promotions
Create custom discount codes for sponsors, speakers, and members. Percentage off, dollar amount off, limited quantity, or time-limited. Reward your community, drive early sales, and track sponsor value.
Customizable Event Page
Brand your event page with your colors, logo, images, and copy. First impression is everything. Consistent brand experience means professional presentation without technical expertise. Add your header image, logo, brand colors, custom copy sections, and FAQ—all without touching code.
Managing Your Event
The weeks leading up to your event are controlled chaos. These tools keep you organized.
Guest List Management
Searchable, filterable list of all ticket buyers. Export to CSV, filter by ticket type, search by name or email, tag attendees. Find anyone instantly, segment communications, or export for swag orders.
Mobile Check-In App
Check in attendees via phone (iOS only). Scan QR codes or search names. See check-in status in real-time. No line bottlenecks at entry, no printed lists.
Understanding Your Audience
Data helps you make better decisions. But you need insights, not analytics paralysis.
Real-Time Sales Dashboard
See how sales are trending, peak buying times, and ticket type popularity. Track total tickets sold, revenue to date, average order value, and sales velocity. Know if your marketing is working and adjust strategy in real-time.
Attendee Data Export
Export all attendee data to CSV for your records. Contact info, ticket type, purchase date, amount paid, and custom questions. Build your mailing list, analyze trends, or import to your CRM.
Support That Actually Helps
Support tickets don't care about business hours. We've been there.
Human Support (Not Chatbots)
Real people who've run real events answer your questions. Email support with response within 12 hours. Help docs written by organizers, video tutorials for common tasks. Templated responses don't help at 11 PM—we understand your context and provide solutions, not scripts.
Help Documentation
Comprehensive guides for every feature. Searchable knowledge base, step-by-step tutorials, video walkthroughs, and FAQ section. Self-service for quick questions reduces support wait times.
What's Coming Next?
We're shipping v1 with a strong foundation, but we're also just getting started.
We're continually talking to organizers, running research interviews, and learning what matters most for your events. Every conversation shapes what we build next.
