Payouts go through your own Stripe account and land as tickets sell, not weeks after the show. One flat 5% platform fee, published and the same for everyone. By default, fees are added at checkout and never carved out of your payout, and you can choose to absorb them per event. And when you add your own facility fee, you keep 100% of it.
