Attendees do, by default. Fees are added on top of your ticket price at checkout and shown before anyone pays, so a $25 ticket pays you $25. If you'd rather bake fees into your price, you can absorb them instead and the buyer sees one round number.

As tickets sell. Every order settles into your own Stripe account, not an Eventrise account, so the money is yours from the moment of purchase. There's no reserve held back and no waiting until after the event.

What do free events cost?

Nothing. Free events get the whole platform: event page, registration, custom questions, email tools, and the check-in app. Not a trial, not a tier, no card required.

You set the refund policy for your events. Fans request refunds through their own account, and requests land in a queue where you approve or decline them, so nothing gets decided in an inbox thread.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. There's no contract to sign, no setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no exit process. You pay the 5% when a ticket sells and nothing when it doesn't, and your attendee data exports free if you ever leave.

Will you help me switch?

Yes, and it's free. We move your events and attendee list over for you while your current platform keeps selling, so there's no dark window. Most organizers are live before their next on-sale. If you'd rather drive, there's a step-by-step guide too.

Can I add my own fee to tickets?

Yes. Add a named fee of your own, like a facility fee, as a flat amount or a percentage. Set it once for your whole organization and override it per event or per ticket type. You keep 100% of it: our 5% applies to your ticket price only, never to your fee. Fans see it itemized inside the all-in price.

No markup on payment processing.
We run on Stripe, the same payments platform millions of businesses already trust, at Stripe's standard rates. We don't mark those rates up or bury them in pricing tiers. What Stripe charges is what your attendees pay Stripe. Nothing extra to us.
Fast payouts, real fraud protection.
Money lands as tickets sell, not weeks after your event. Stripe's fraud prevention is built in, so you can focus on running your event instead of chasing chargebacks.
Your attendee data is yours.
We don't market to your attendees, sell their data, or claim your customer relationships. Your attendee list exports cleanly any time, and your Stripe account holds the financial relationship, not ours.
