The Pledge
The price is the price. Every fee is shown before checkout. No surprise line items on the last step. (The industry now legally has to do this for live events. We never did it any other way.)
Plans change. Tickets move. Fans transfer tickets themselves, free. No scalper-style "resale" flow, no support ticket.
Refunds have a front door. A real refund-request flow with the organizer, not a dead-end FAQ.
The ticket lives where fans do. Wallet passes, PDF, and a calendar file. No app required to get in the door.
Your inbox isn't inventory. We never sell buyer data or market other events to a buyer's inbox.
Every fee has a name and a reason. No anonymous "convenience charges." When a venue adds its own fee, it appears under the venue's label with a plain-language explanation of what it's for, and vague or misleading fee names are blocked at the platform level.
If the show cancels, every fee comes back. A cancelled event means a full refund: face value, platform fees, and venue fees, automatically. No "non-refundable fee" fine print survives a cancellation.
For Organizers
The pledge pays for itself
The same promises that protect your buyers finish more checkouts and keep your regulars coming back.
