about us
Built by event organizers, after 15 years of running them
We produced Creative South for fifteen years, and spent all fifteen wrestling platforms that charged too much, paid too slow, and treated our attendees like their lead list. In 2025 we built the alternative we always wished existed.

2010–2024: Living the problem
For 15 years, we produced Creative South, growing it from 100 to 500 attendees and wrestling with every major event platform along the way. We lived the crushing fees, rigid tools, and delayed payouts that make running events harder than it should be.

2025: Building the solution
We poured 15 years of experience into building Eventrise: the platform we always wished existed. Fair, flat fees. Fast payouts. Intuitive dashboards and real-time insights, built for the people running events.

Today: Building for venues, too
The next chapter of Eventrise brought visual seat maps, multi-show operations, and the venue-specific features venue operators told us they needed. Same principle as before, applied to a new audience: build the alternative we'd want to use, for the independent venues running comedy clubs, theaters, and live music spaces. Different side of the table, same fight.

Fair to fans
All-in pricing and no data games, because your fans' trust is your asset, not ours.

Bootstrapped, and staying that way
No investors, no acquisition strategy, no pressure to squeeze more out of every ticket. The business only works if your events do, which is exactly the incentive a ticketing company should have.
The roadmap is public because you write it
Most of what we ship started as an organizer asking for it. There's no product council guessing what venues need, just a request form we read. If something would make your events easier to run or your tickets easier to sell, ask for it.
