Service and policy commitments

The big ticketers need you more than you need them

Independent venues built live music's best rooms, and got repaid with junk fees on their fans, settlement delays on their money, and marketing emails sent to their audience about somebody else's show. You don't need a "partnership." You need ticketing that works and stays out of the way.

Paid as tickets sell. Not after load-out.

Payouts move through your own Stripe account and arrive as sales happen; the bar order and the artist deposit don't wait for settlement. One flat 5%, published, the same for every room, and paid by attendees at checkout. No reserve held back, no contracts, no minimums.

Your regulars are yours. We keep it that way.

Every buyer joins your list, not ours, and we never market other events to your fans. Email campaigns, segments, and automations are included, your list exports free, and the folk-night crowd hears about folk night. And fans see the full price up front: it's your name on the ticket, so checkout should never surprise anyone.

Your fee

The facility fee, finally done in the open

You know the math: put $3 into face value and most of it goes to the artist split; put $3 into a facility fee and the room keeps all of it. The industry buries that fee inside a service charge and mails you a rebate. Eventrise does it in the open.

Description

A fee with your name on it. Shown to fans under your label with a plain-language reason for what it covers, and you keep 100% of it.

Never stacked. Our 5% is charged on the ticket price only, never on top of your fee.

Set once, override anywhere. An org-wide default you can adjust per show or per ticket type, with comps skipped when you want.

Shaped like real deals. Flat or a percentage, with caps and face-value bands, the shapes deal memos are written in.

Straight into settlement. Every fee rolls up to an automatic NBOR line in your finance summary, ready for the settlement desk.

Fans see one all-in price with your fee named inside it, and every fee refunds automatically if the show cancels.
