Sell more tickets. Save your staff time.
Here’s the whole toolkit, feature by feature. And if we don’t do something yet, it’s at the bottom of this page.
Event setup
Event pages
Build a public event page that looks like your room, not like a ticketing company.
Duplicate events
Copy a show you’ve already run and change the date. Recurring programming stops being data entry.
Calendar view
See your whole run of shows in a calendar instead of scrolling a list.
Multi-organizer dashboard
Every organizer working out of your venue, in one place.
Multi-tier ticket types
General admission, early bird, member pricing, tiers for whatever your room needs.
Free events cost nothing
Free events get the full toolkit and we don’t charge you a thing.
Sessions and speakers
Build the agenda and the lineup for conference-style events.
Roles and permissions
Staff, volunteers, and promoters see what they need and nothing else.
Selling tickets
Branded checkout
Your name and your colors the whole way through. No other company’s logo on your sale.
Guest checkout
Buyers don’t need an account to buy a ticket. They can claim one later if they want to.
Fast checkout
Fewer steps between wanting a ticket and having one.
Fifteen minute ticket hold
Tickets stay held for 15 minutes while a buyer pays, so half-finished orders don’t lock up your inventory.
Promo codes
Run a discount and see exactly what it did for you.
Comped tickets
A real workflow for artist plus-ones, press, VIPs, and staff. Not a workaround.
Embeddable checkout
Sell from your own website, with checkout embedded right in the page.
WordPress plugin
Put your events on a WordPress site without touching code.
Refund workflow
Requests come in, you preview what a refund does, then you approve or reject it.
Reserved seating
Visual seat map builder
Draw your room once and sell every seat in it.
Pricing tiers on one chart
Front rows, balcony, and standing room priced differently on the same map.
Attendees pick their own seats
Buyers choose where they sit instead of taking what they’re given.
Holds for comped tickets and sponsors
Pull seats out of inventory for the people who need them.
How reserved seating is priced
Seat map events bill at 5%, and the $1 per ticket seat selection fee is paid by the attendee and shown at checkout. Reserved seating isn’t available on free events.
Day of show
Mobile check-in
Scan tickets on any phone. No dedicated scanner to buy or keep charged.
Check-in works offline
A bad signal in the room doesn’t stop the door.
Attendee list at the door
See who’s arrived and who hasn’t, while it’s happening.
Money and payouts
Payouts land in your own Stripe account
Money moves to your account as sales clear. We never hold your funds.
One fee, shown upfront
A 5% platform fee, and Stripe at their standard rates. No subscription, no service fee, no facility fee stacked on top.
No contracts
Stay because it works, not because you signed something.
Reporting
Sales summary
Where a show stands, at a glance.
Sales by day
Watch the curve and see which pushes moved tickets.
Sales by ticket type
Find out which tier is actually carrying the show.
Revenue reporting
What came in, broken out.
Payouts and fees
Every payout and every fee, itemized. Nothing to reverse engineer.
Check-ins and attendees
Who bought, and who showed up.
Abandoned carts
See the sales that almost happened.
Promo code usage
Which codes got used, and what they cost you.
Transfers
A record of every ticket that changed hands.
Developers and integrations
Public API
A real read and write API. Create, read, update, and delete against your own data. Docs and API keys live in your organizer account.
MCP server
Connect an AI assistant straight to your Eventrise data at mcp.eventrise.com. We built it ourselves.
Webhooks
Get told the moment something happens instead of polling for it.
How we work with you
White glove onboarding
We help you move your events over and get your first show up.
A human on every reply
You get a person who knows the product.
Your data stays yours
Your attendee list belongs to you. We never market to your audience.
What we don’t do yet
Here’s what Eventrise doesn’t do today. If one of these is a dealbreaker for your room, better you know now than three months in.
Multi-currency
We sell in USD. Multiple currencies are on the roadmap, not in the product.
English only
The whole product, checkout, dashboard, emails, and help docs, is in English. There’s no other language today and none coming soon.
Email marketing
You bring your own tool for now. Native email campaigns are committed and not started.
Absorbing the fee for your buyers
Today the fee is added at checkout and paid by the attendee. The option for you to absorb it instead is being built.
Waitlists
Not built, and not committed yet.
Abandoned cart recovery
We report on abandoned carts, but we don’t win them back for you automatically.
Tax remittance
We don’t file or remit taxes on your behalf.
Memberships and season passes
Not built.
Artist settlements and offer sheets
Not built. Some venues pair us with a separate tool for this.
Printed tickets
No physical ticket printing.
One event per order
A buyer can’t put tickets for two different shows in one cart. Each order covers one event.
Big-room on-sale infrastructure
No virtual waiting rooms, no box office terminals, no dynamic pricing, no cashless wristbands.
